Sales Policy

We strive to breed and raise the highest quality of Nigerian Dwarfs. We are more than happy to answer any questions and point you in the right direction for your needs. 

Prices:  

Our prices start at $400 and go up from there. Does from First Fresheners are always priced at $400. We do not sell bucklings from FF's. If we think a buckling from an FF is buck we do hold on to him until the dam has become proven before placing him elsewhere. All prices are based upon the sire and dam's genetic performance. Prices will not be raised simply for flashyness. 

Deposits and Reservations:

Deposits are required on each goat for sale to ensure that you have a vested intrest in purchases and providing for the animal. All deposits are half of the total prurchase price. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits can be transfered to another animal if there is another animal available for purchase. We get first priority during kidding season on all kids. Reservations are free of charge and a deposit will be used to secure a kid after birth.

Transport:

 All transportation costs are the buyers responsabilty. All animals can be shipped out of state at the buyers arrangement and expense. We are often able to meet buyers in Tucson and or Phoenix within reason and a Travel fee may apply.

Health: 

Our goats are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale. Once the animal leaves our property, NO gaurentee is extended. Our kids get a medicated feed starting at 2 weeks of age that provides a coccidiosis preventative  Kids are disbudded unless polled or prior arrangements have been made. If you do not want your goat to be disbubbed, you will need to pay for your goat in full before 2 weeks of age. We do vaccinate our kids. Does are given a CDT Booster at 30 days before kidding and kids get vaccinated at 3 weeks of age and then a booster 3-4 weeks later. Kids are weaned at 8-12 weeks of age if dam rasied. All our goat are registered through the American Dairy Goat Assocation(ADGA). Registration will be shipped to your home after the complete payment has been recieved. All kids born on our farm will be registered in my herd name. Goats are herd animals. We do not sell single kids to a herd unless you already have goats or have placed a deposit on another goat. You do not have to buy two from my herd but deals can and will be made for a doe/wether pair to go home. Otherwise I can point you in the direction of other breeders for the second kid. 

Biosecurity:

Our herds health is top priority for me. All goats older than 6 months of age are tested for CL, CAE, and Johnes every other year as we were a closed herd and didn't participate in other shows. Starting April 2025 all goats 6 months and older will be tested yearly as we will start to participate in ADGA sanctioned shows. We have always been negative and can provide proof. Once a goat leaves our herd to go to yours we do not allow the goat back if your herd is not tested.
